How to hire roguelike devs?
« on: June 06, 2020, 07:47:38 AM »
Say I was looking to hire someone to develop an android roguelike for me, what would be a good place to look and how much would I expect to pay per hour?
What I enjoy the most in roguelikes: Anti-Farming and Mac Givering my way out. Kind of what I also enjoy in life.

Reddit, I guess? Everyone there seems to concentrate on creating commercial roguelites anyway, so.

Damn I hate reddit with a passion though.

There must be actual places where you can hire a programmer (idk if there is a subreddit for that?), I just don't know anything about it. Most of us are creating roguelikes as a hobby and if you would make a commercial one, just do it yourself. Roguelites are quite easy to do anyway, even if you don't know much about programming. It's a small obstacle to hop over if you are a good game designer.
