Hey guys, I'm moving into an apartment tomorrow and will be off the interwebs until I save up enough for a computer. I'm on floor 25 in EO now. Damn, I'll probably finish that and EOII within a week of the move. :-( It's a'ight though, I'll get some cheap used games from Gamestop, starting with Nervous Brickdown, I think.

Fenrir bursts into the room.

Hey, why isn't Fenrir in this topic? He does realize he's a boss in Etrian Odyssey, right? That prolly isn't where he got the name, but still.
What is this? Do my canine ears deceive me, or is there another Fenrir afoot? I must play this "Etrian Odyssey,"  that I might slay this pretender! There can be only one!

No deception, dude. Check out this ridiculously grainy screenshot I found:

I believe that's a Skoll on the right.

EO: Guild Amigas: Bieber the Troubadour

This is a joke, is it?

Hey, if he's as good with the monsters as he is with the (pre-pubescent) ladies, then, um, he's good with the monsters. I might try him out in my party later. :-P

I unlocked the final class in EO, Hexer, and created one named Vendetta. I just made it to floor 22. Lemme see, I made it to floor 22 in EOII in 27 days, and I made it to Floor 22 in EO in 5 days. I think I know which one I like better. EO definitely has the edge in story, even though the story didn't even start until Floor 16, 'cause as of floor 22 in EOII, the story still hasn't started yet.

Hey guys, I replaced Elmer the Dark Hunter with Sayoko the Ronin. She's been kinda weak since she had to catch up levels, but I just unlocked an awesome ATK +149 sword for her using materials I found on Floor 16, so she should be fine. Ooh, I should tell you about the rest of my guild members, whom I rarely use:

EOII: Guild JDguild: Red Bull the Survivalist, Trojan the Protector, Muse the Troubadour, Radon the Alchemist, Bestie the Beast, Latina the War Magus, Birch the Hexer

EO: Guild Amigas: Bieber the Troubadour, Elektra the Protector

Hey, why isn't Fenrir in this topic? He does realize he's a boss in Etrian Odyssey, right? That prolly isn't where he got the name, but still.

I just got Etrian Odyssey on Saturday. I'm on floor 7. It's more unfair than EOII, I can't store items at the inn, and the font hurts my eyes, but it's still a very choice game.

I'm on floor 22 in EOII.

People think debt is hopeless 'cause they think we need to pay it all off. It's okay though, we only need to maintain a healthy debt-to-GDP ratio, though I'm guessing it's like less than half of what we have now.

Okay, got sum linkies:

The Wikipedia article:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etrian_Odyssey_2

The official site:
http://www.atlus.com/etrian2/

The bestest fansite evar:
http://www.intothelabyrinth.net/

The lattermost was where I found the EOII manual. Very useful, 'cause my copy didn't come with one. Or a case. Damn, I can't believe I paid thirteen dollars through my dad who takes all of my government check. It was worth it tho.

Um, I would think the title would be sufficient for anyone to determine whether they've played it or not.

Anyway, the guy is obviously a Democrat trying to manufacture more animosity towards Christian conservatives; That's why he has no letters in his username.

C'mon now, Perdy, why would you need to listen to anyone but Christ? He has all the knowledge of the universe, minus dinosaurs.

I like the Pope one because I are Catholic. The Irish kind, mind you, not the Hispanic, Korean, or dreaded Italian kinds.

Hey, um, has anyone ever done a literary-themed Roguelike? Not just one book, mind you, a buncha them all in one game. Preferably with the exception of Tolkien.
