Effects are too strong and make the game blurry.
Will there be any features in the game except killing and acquiring loot? Good idea would be some random buffs like fountains, special levels and rooms, puzzles.

No, I was talking about system resolution, not of that particular Flash window. Lowering system resolution caused the game to take more monitor area and effectively displaying bigger font.

The brightness, contrast and things like that are perfect, you put a lot of good work into it. It reminds me of Brogue. I'm talking about font size only, especially reading tiny text messages. But if you wanted single screen game, then there is not much helping it I guess. However it doesn't take all screen on my resolution, which is 1280x1024, so maybe it is possible to do something. I tried to scale the window like in some flash games by pressing CTRL+mouse wheel up, but it didn't do anything. So I tried lowering desktop resolution to 1024x768. It is a bit better, but still hard to read.

I would make it not displaying all map at once but scroll as needed.

I would like to set terminal colors like this guy, to be able to play ASCII roguelikes despite my eye strain: http://imgur.com/a/jkExD
Do you have any ideas how to achieve this?

Font is so small the game is unplayable. What were you thinking? It's a pity, because this game looks very interesting.
