has anyone made a roguelike with this features?

-classless
-no levelling
-power solely based on loots and crafting(like monster hunter)
-attachable skills on equipment(like ff7) or on character

The Ground Gives Way has most of the features you mentioned.

Cogmind has all of those features. Only the old 7DRL version is currently available to play, but the new improved version will be released soon.

Cogmind looks fucking awesome! looks like a more approachable CDDA but it's not released yet....

It's not really anything like CDDA, except that both are sci-fi :P. Alpha launch (early access) is next month. Working on the trailer right now.

You might try Brouge - is classless, without leveling (in newer versions) and power/style of PC depend from loot. And this loot provide good, tactical gameplay.

All 3 of those are solid recommends. Cogmind is out now too! Yay. I've not gotten far in TGGW but it looks freakin' awesome.

Brogue is always a solid recommend. Such a great and approachable game.
