User database purge planned for tomorrow
« on: April 19, 2012, 03:53:02 PM »
Due to certain spambot raids from the past our members database is filled with crap.

Tomorrow I'll proceed to purge the database from all members with less than 2 messages.

Awesome!

But keep a list of these accounts,  so we can name monsters after them in the upcoming Spam Fighter Roguelike! ;)

I think that the moderation works very well, maybe those with one message should be checked manually? We should keep an account who has just announced their game there. Maybe we should also keep the IRLDb voters without any messages, but that would seem to be a lot of work to check and delete, and probably not really useful (deleting these guys should not break anything for us nor for them).

Nay, you must first test if they float in a river!  Then burn them!
