Playtesting... I think it could be cool to be able to hide in the forest, that monsters could lost track when they can't see you. Maybe some monsters could still detect the player by some other ways.

The minute I decide to put source code to github breaks the github plugin of Visual Studio 2019. Great stuff. It suddenly reverted the project files to beginning of the project (I guess, because library paths etc. disappeared and it wants to add one folder and sdl.dll to git files which I had already removed from the list). Now I can't trust at least Visual Studio's ability to keep the project together. What if it changes source files and I don't even see it until it's too late? I guess you can get programs to handle github integration, but it's always pesky to find a nice program for that when it should work in VS, it makes more sense. But it looks like VS is slowly becoming worse, there have been other signs as well.

Great game. I just beat version 1.21 a little while ago.
The level/dungeon generation is excellent and I really liked the gimmicks.
Figuring out how to fight was frustrating, but it was a good system after seeing how throwing works. I felt like an idiot for how long it took me to figure out the last room.
I don't know what's going on with version 1.3 or what state it is in, but I noticed a few things while playing. I don't know if you already fixed them.

(Notes)
1.It is easy to accidently starve. It happened to me a few times.
The starvation warning should have a (more) prompt I think.

(Bugs)
1.Sometimes items spawn on top of doors.
2.In the spider cave, I noticed doors sometimes spawn without adjacent walls.

I'm working on the classical hardest 1% before new release... Spawn bugs are fixed and I guess there could be more/better warnings about starvation.
