About the developer

Hi, I'm Ludvig Larsson, a Swede in France and creator of Mindoki games.
I have always been attracted to the video game universe and quickly I understood that gaming wasn't the only thing I liked so I started my career as a game developer and game designer in Paris.
After ten years programming and designing video games (Quest for alliance, Ghost force, Speed Addict underground, Bubble Soccer, plus another 15-20) I decided to go indie so I worked in the classic industry daytime and in the rest of the time on my games: Mindoki (which is now my company name but was a fully working 3D MMORPG), (a turnbased web-MMO), a lot of prototypes..., and finally, a Family of Grave Diggers.

As the game came along nicely, I decided to go full time indie (since April 2015) and it works really well!

• Release dates

Barring disasters, the full release is planned for Q1 2016

Why Early Access?
“Hi indie game lovers!

I'm doing this Early Access to let the fans play the game early and to get valuable feedback from the community.
Steam is also the perfect updating system so that bugfixes and changes can get quickly out there.

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?
“I plan to have the game in Early Access for about two months, maybe three.”
How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?
“The full version will have all the dungeons implemented.

Today, the start dungeon and the tornado boss, the Forbidden forest, the wizards tower, the Impmaster, the mountain swamp and the maze might need tweaking but they are all fully implemented.

The fire dungeon is about 80% done (Boss implemented), the ice plains are definitely started (40%) and the last dungeon are started and functionnal but without much content (10%)..

All the shopkeepers (eight) are fully implemented and unlockable.

Some items will be added but more than 95% are already in the game.

Monsters will be added but mostly for the unfinished dungeons.

Sound, look and feel will be tweaked based on community feedback

The development itself is close to finished, what's left is content (left to produce: around 20%)”
What is the current state of the Early Access version?
“Development: close to final version

Content: around 80% of the game is fully operational”
Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?
“The base price will be the same.”
How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?
“I'll reply seriously to any feedback and consider acting upon them, might it be modification of core mechanics or simple tweaks.

You can reach me on if you want file a bug/tweak or just to cheer me on!”

Long simmering project---here's to hoping for a bright future ahead!   8)
