Eh, PWM is often eating after the cutting edge of Angband proper(a good thing!), so growth in that sense is guaranteed as they square away more on a Modern Angband that feels less constrained by the reins of the past that are ill-fitting at this junction. That and the QT and NPP side of things marching on as they do as another baseline of sorts. If the Larn camp can get feisty again, then there's surely hope for Moria/Angband to breakout---doubly so if we hit some kind of apocalyptic harbinger and Omega somehow roars to life anew as one of the last of the old guard alongside Valhalla and such.
TomeNET has been chasing a carrot of their own devising for years now though, so time'll tell what all they draw from in terms of Roguelike sensibilities and things to exploit from the MMO side of things---one giant release at a time and they'll definitely get Somewhere, which is always worth lauding~
