Time for the annual annual review! This is the seventh, now available on the blog. There's the usual discussion of dev hours, an overview of releases and events from throughout the year, and confirmation that 1.0 will not be released in 2021, among other news :P

For anyone interested in how the ARG was put together or how it went, there's now a post-mortem on the blog.



There's also a complete walkthrough with lots of details for those who might be interested in the puzzles, or knowing/getting the rewards without actually going through the steps :P

The Map Ruler (and other overlay QoL): Describing a ruler for easily measuring distances between any points, as well as terrain destructibility visualizations and FOV overlays.

It's the end of another year, Cogmind's 10th, and to celebrate I put together a special event that turns the world on its head for an extremely different Cogmind-but-not-Cogmind experience: Polymind!

You can't use items yourself, but you can blend into Complex 0b10 by taking control of almost any robot :)

Rely on your host's capabilities to survive, or switch to another host when the need arises or circumstances force it... Be a Worker (really now...), be a Programmer (ooh), be a Behemoth (now we're talking), be almost anything. Also try not to be too suspicious and be a productive member of the Complex, or find a deadly host and suddenly unleash hell, only to mop up some patrols then return to work as an Engineer inconspicuously rebuilding the local area...
