I love Turn Base games like JRPG (final fantasy) , Classic Rouge like (TOMe), and tactics (Disgaea 1-4 and final fantasy tactics)

I know that all RL games are Turn base Stratgy in a way but i mean games that you have a group of unites like ...

There are a few. Bardess, Guild and Salvage Crew come to mind. There's at least one more that I know of but its title eludes me.

EDIT: You might also want to look at X@COM. I find it difficult to get into but it's a recreation of XCOM in roguelike form, so it might fit your needs.

ooh, thanks for the shout. Invisible Inc is a really well made commercial one that just came out about a month ago. If you got the bucks to drop on it, I would highly recommend. It is more about stealth than combat, but has all the risk / reward and randomization that makes roguelikes fun.
