Hm I planned out a similar game where Agility doesn't influence the Dodging. There Agility has two uses:
1. You get the turn more often (after each action you get a delay, then after each interval the delay is reduced by "Agility" when it reaches 0 you get a turn).
2. If a ranged attacker attacks a melee character that melee character can only counter attack when his agility is higher than the agility of the attacker.
