Butbutbut it's the only way to make my game realistic!

It isn't. Anatomy is just a small part of it. Having a complex anatomy system such as mine tied with eating apples to recover HP or having cows dropping weapons and armor as loot, will definitely deny your game from having realistic mechanics.
