Abyssus (now at V1)
« on: January 28, 2014, 01:13:39 PM »  XNA, Trailer/music onsite.
Abyssus is a fast-paced dungeon crawler, where the goal is to traverse a randomly generated series of dungeons while fighting your way past waves of increasingly potent monsters. There is a strong emphasis on immersion and atmosphere, something the 1980’s classic Rogue fell short on.

-Random generation: Play something no person has ever played before when you start a new game.
-Thrilling combat: slash, pummel and shoot your way past trolls, wizards, golems, dragons, goblins, bandits, and a lot more!
-Stealth: Sneak your way past the enemies you'd prefer to avoid, and use the dynamic shadows to your advantage.
-Collect dozens of weapons, helmets and other items to arm your Rogue.
-Solve puzzles, dodge traps and become a hero!

Student team project, hopefully they keep at it after they get judged and whatnot.

This sounds very nice!
Also goes by the name of "NANOsoldierEnke"
Ever notice how nobody can read anyone else's handwriting? That probably means that the Bill of Rights is a detailed order for party supplies, there is no mention of any Congress, and the president's only duty is "to blow the horn of cheese". I think that.
