Zero stress helps you stay healthy.
This is very wise and has perfect scientific explanation. Many people never realize this and wonder why they keep being fat/sad/sick despite they exercise 7 times a week and eat nothing but veggies and other boring shit.
But zero stress + vitamin d through sunlight exposure + staying away from neofoods, pills and ingredients you can't pronunciate is certainly better than just zero stress!
The key is one: himmunitary system. Everything I mentioned just works toward this only goal. We are truly amazing creatures.. despite what the pharmaceutical industry and the government tell us, we really don't need external ways to fix things in our body, we're already designed in the most perfect way we could have been.. that's my view, maybe a little biased by my own phylosophical beliefs but also strongly supported by my studies.
Count yourself lucky.
I do but consider that before I was also in bad condition because of my allergy.. there have been times years ago when I also thinked about suiciide because of how much it influenced my life. Now it's just a thing of the past.
I know how annoying it is to listen to people who tell you what you should or shouldn't do.. but that's just all I feel I can do in a forum and also a way to show you my presence mate.
