H2O
« on: January 06, 2012, 03:00:51 PM »
I've recently found something out: in looking for a picture of the molecular structure of water, I typed 'H2O' into Google Search, Hit pictures, and got.. a bunch of half-clothed girls that apparently transform into mermaids at random intervals.  About 10 pages later I searched for 'H2O molecule' and got what I needed.  Is this some kind of newfangled fad?

There is a mermaid series called H2O.

But if I enter H2O in google it directly suggests me: "Did you mean: H2O molecule?" and if I click on that I find the actual molecule and no more mermaids.

H2O actually reminds me of "H2O - Footprints in the sand", a really good anime.

Huh. I wish my google was smart enough to steer me away from kids' shows :/

At least the mystery is solved now!
