Stile 0.80

New version of my sprite editor. This version is not really tested that much, but I decided to release it anyway. Only minor features added, lot more happened in the source code level. Windows only.

It's getting cooler. I've already added five more features in 0.81 and I hope to get the smudge brush in next release.
