Hm, ya, like Krice, I found that after about three years in school, I was seeing patterns in things we were supposed to be "learning" that even my teachers couldn't grasp. It was then that I decided that learning from other people (e.g. reading books, watching so-called educational television, listening to people in so-called conversations) was for chumps and that I would stick to my own intuitions about things for the rest of my life.
It's been going pretty well so far.
