It's completely open source. The issue is that I used Gamemaker, so you have to own gamemaker 8.1 to use it. I can't even fucking use my own source because of that, Gamemaker was sold to a new company who promptly quit supporting GM8.1...guess how pissed I am? This was 2013 and I'm still pissed. :-)
