I like the idea of side-bundles, we can definitely work on those! The points I made would then be applicable to the main bundle. A shortish list of games, mostly with graphics or graphical versions, and some challenges for those.

Should we begin by choosing a list of those that should be included and go from there?

I have not tested this idea, but I think that a good rule for inclusion (in the Megabundle) is that someone who is a fan and not a dev is willing to write a description.

For example, I could write a description for: Ragnarok, ADOM, Crawl, IVAN, PRIME, Drakefire Chasm, Larn, Spelunky, ChessRogue, Jeff Lait's 7DRL pack (I have some kind of dev contribution to three of these games, but I think this is not important)

Probably the subbundle including TOME would also have to include notable roguelikes using the engine?...

Okay, so I will try to be the boss here, for now.

On the spreadsheet, I have created two new sheets.
Link: https://docs.google.com/a/attnam.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ai4woBhgpQ7hdGVzSktGZjZ1Q19Ea3JDTTRFWVJmTmc#gid=3

Bundle Names - this lists the potential subbundles. Maybe we could have some brainstorming there, add any bundle that makes sense for you, for example "roguelikes including stethoscopes" or whatever. (OK, this one does not make sense, since stethoscopes are a hacklike feature and thus each stethoscope roguelike is also a hacklike, and hacklike make a a much better category, but you get the idea.)

Writers & Bundles - add your name as "Writer" if you want to write the description, and generally maintain the given game's inclusion to the Bundle. Each game should list the appropriate bundle: major subbundle (currently Starter, Secondary, Tertiary, and Classics... well, probably we will have to think this out better) and thematic subbundles (currently 7DRL, Experimental, Hacklike).

Now what about the website?

I have a Blogger thing currently set up for the web-site. It's easy to work with and customise, and can create nice looking web-sites with minimal effort. Anyone who wants admin access just let me know your e-mail and I can add you.
