I have been playing nothing but my own game for a while, and I have found I really like the quick playstyle of sewerjacks. I dont know if this version is harder than usual but I cant seem to get to the end. Anyway... sorry to post about my own game but I am bored.
A battle of claws, one I would never win.
I started with an orc for a change, and headed off through the sewers. Usually I find a lot of goblin allied corpses around, but the rng was kind to me and gave me two early orc throwers. Once you have these at your back things find it hard to get close to you. They soon had a kill count much higher than me! I took advantage of the new agility/speed mod for throwers to see how it played. Awesome! I flew past the halfling levels, ignoring treeman of course, and thankfully an easy level boss was generated. I left my team to deal with Baconbreath and I led his treeman away. We dived down to the next level and was confronted by the Norse. Much harder than halflings, but thanks to my double-trouble throwers we forged our way to the boss level with out "to much" trouble.
I managed to pick up a mutation along the way and luckily it was claws, perfect for rendering those fleshy Norse apart. However Icepelt Hammerblow stood in the way, he took substantial damage from my throwers and an extra lineman with gloves of throwing. However I forget how damaging he could be, he first countered my feeble attack, stunning me in the process then followed up with a Mighty Blow. Game over. Too bad as this team was easily the most powerful I had had for a while, considering most of my personal kills were either rats or halfings.
