It's ok, but do you happen to know what version of the game it is?

ok, I just sent a mail to a human agent (my brother), so that he copies the game from the old PC into the new one and I can send it today.

Vista sure doesn't like this game! I'll need to move it over to my XP comp in order to relive the glory days.

Thanks a lot Slash!!  ;D

Have you tried running it in DosBox?

Excellent work Slash!   8)

At a glance, hunting for a patch up to 1.2 or some such looks like it'll be a tough proposition...

This game is kind of interesting.  Your power is almost entirely determined by your equipment, and when you level up your fighting or armor skills, you actually level up your ability to equip better items.

The extra speed starting ability seems so strong as to be broken, but I took the infravision one for the sake of convenience.

Each enemy type on each floor apparently has randomly assigned weaknesses, resistances, and immunities, so if you do zero damage to everything, that's why - it's possible for them to be completely immune to hand to hand attacks .
