ADOM R69 (version 2.2.3) released as both a public Steam and prerelease version

Hi everyone!

We are proud to announce the release of ADOM R69 (version 2.2.3). Hopefully this will be the last bugfix branch for the 2.2.x line of releases. In the background work already has been started on a ton of new features (see http://www.ancientdomainsofmystery.com/2016/07/bi-weekly-adom-update-lots-of-progress.html for some details on the upcoming new content).
