[Angband]I love it!

I started to play this game today and it's awesome!

However,I do have some newbie questions to ask about it:

1)How big,or in this case,how deep are the mines?Will I eventually reach the botton of them or do they go on forever?

2)Is there a fast way to go back to the town once I start going deeper into the caves?

3)Is it possible to find The One Ring or something like it?

It would be nice if any you could answer me.

1) Angband have 100 levels to descend; you have to fight Sauron and Morgoth
2) Scrolls of Word Recall can teleports player from dungeon to city; game remembers on which level you use this scrolls, and if you read SoWR in city, teleports you to specific level
3) Yes; The One Ring, Glamdring, The Black Arrow of Bard, Narsil... all of them are present in Angband
