New version of a tile editor. This release changed the user interface. Bug fixes and even couple of new features.

New version 0.85 is now out, download from the site in first post.

There are now selection tools (rectangle, brush and magic wand) to mask and select areas. Some new options etc. Undo/redo has been rewritten almost completely and should work better now.
