Rogue-like game with classes?
« on: June 28, 2015, 02:06:17 AM »
Not sure if I'm posting in the right thread here, I'll be glad to have it moved if not! I'm looking for game suggestions

I'm craving a rogue-like/rogue-lite game. Preferably something with various classes or characters that play differently from one another. I'm hoping for something non-turn-based, but if you have a great turn-based game in mind, feel free to bring it up!

I'm willing to spend a little bit of money, but the cheaper the better

Thanks in advance!

Roguelikes are turn based (almost always) and free (usually). But I know one game which meet your requirements. Triangle Wizard looks modest but stylish. Gameplay is smooth and addictive, and each race and class is different to play.

Yeah, I dunno about non-turn based, but Cardinal Quest 2 has classes that play very differently.
