Nethack: Mail Daemon in Windows Version?

So, I would like to allow the Mail Daemon to give me scrolls of mail in the windows version when I receive an email. I just don't know how. Is there any way to do this.

I don't think so.  As far as I know the most popular mail programs on Windows don't "play nice" with other programs in a way that allows the mail daemon to be easily invoked.

Of course there's a way, technically; but unfortunately the way is to implement it from scratch.
