Beltham's Lair is a 3D roguelike with third person view, in which you have to descend into the deep of the dungeon, find the Demon Beltham, and slay him. A part for the 3D view, this is a very classic hack-n-slash roguelike.

The game is built with a custom engine and rendered by the Irrlicht rendering engine. It is a classless system, with progression relying on skill use. Dungeon levels are themed: this means that every level of the dungeon has a theme, with a consistent set of monsters, items and furnitures.

v0.2

    A new theme: Catacomb
    2 dungeon levels
    New monsters and items
New visual effects (spells and environment)
Load/Save game (game is autosaved when you reach a new dungeon level)

v0.1

    1 procedural generated dungeon level
    1 theme: vermin
4 monsters, each with uniques traits
10 items to search for and collect
    magic and melee combat

A ways to go yet, but this seems promising so long as dev holds this decent pace.
