Off-topic (Locked) / Introduction

Hello,
I went a lot on on this forum so I thought : why not register and post in it? So here I am.
One of my goal for the next months is to create a new roguelike that will be accessible enough for "casual" gamers to get into and rich enough in content to keep everyone playing and that includes me . I discovered what was a roguelike around last year and I've since been fascinated by randomly generated everything. I know a bit of C and C++ and I am currently learning C# in which my RL and other projects will be made.
I don't actually play a lot at roguelikes since I have a lot of other things to do than learn thousands of keys that change for most games, but I enjoy Nethack, Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup, IVAN and Cardinal Quest for the great UI and a beautiful tileset.
This is one of the best communities on the internet and I hope I'll enjoy my stay.
