I looked into the developer console and saw the following message:

Hey there, sorry for the late reply!

Roguenet is being down for a while now; it's open source so in theory anyone can launch a node. It was just there costing hosting and nobody was using it (and I just didn't have time to add more features to it so it was more interesting).

I will come back to it. Sometime soon.
