The Ground Gives Way (http://www.thegroundgivesway.com/) has most of the features you mentioned.

Cogmind (http://www.gridsagegames.com/cogmind/) has all of those features. Only the old 7DRL version (http://cogmindrl.blogspot.com) is currently available to play, but the new improved version will be released soon.

Well, thank you ;D

It's not really anything like CDDA, except that both are sci-fi :P. Alpha launch (early access) is next month. Working on the trailer right now.

You might try Brouge - is classless, without leveling (in newer versions) and power/style of PC depend from loot. And this loot provide good, tactical gameplay.

All 3 of those are solid recommends. Cogmind is out now too! Yay. I've not gotten far in TGGW but it looks freakin' awesome.

Brogue is always a solid recommend. Such a great and approachable game.
