Title: New boards distribution!

Today I got around arranging the boards including moving around some threads in order to make clear the intention of each one.

Hope they make sense!

Seems better to me :)
Specially the Developper section, much more organized !

I plan to use the announcement section this week, wish me luck (or hard work ;) ) !
