Adventure Dungeon is an action-Roguelike inspired by Legend of Zelda and Binding of Isaac. The player traverses from room to room, collecting various powerups and fighting increasingly difficult enemies. The game's programming and at is by Winter Drake and the music is by Jon Halford aka CarbonTheif.
Not a huge patch, but, hey, I post things as I go. Word of warning: One of the new items is labeled "Damage Spell". It is not that.
0.7 Changelog:
Finally fixed the nuclear warhead item
Added 2 new enemies to the black floors

Changed the way that enemies spawn to reduce taking damage immediately upon entering a room

It may not be a huge changelog but I made some pretty major changes fixing bugs and making the later floors more challenging. Beating the game now will be more of a challenge!

Made it so that if you don't take ANY damage on the floors that drop hearts, you receive a silver heart instead of a normal one

I've added a bunch more content, as well as spruced up the visuals a bit. The theme of this update is elemental stones! There are 5 of them with varying rarities. Each one is a magic item with a unique effect!
-Added 15+ New items, bringing the game to a total of 75+ unique items!
-Added lighting effects (Not dynamic- yet!!)
-Added particle effects for basically everything
-Added sound effects for killing enemies
-Added 4 new cheat codes

Well, you guys asked for some changes, and they were made!!
0.9.3 Changelog:
The Earth Stone will no longer provide magic/lifesteal with kills
The Light Stone now heals 4 HP instead of 3
Player is now invincible while standing in doorways
Spawn clouds will not turn into enemies if they are touching the player (This should clear up a lot of frustration!!)
Souleaters and Magiceaters were glitched- they're fixed now
Fixed a hilarious glitch that occured when the player collected two hourglasses
Made skeletons telegraph their attacks
Made the mana cost for magic items written in blue, to help new players better understand the mechanic

WHOOPS I forgot to make the game start at level one again.

Well, it's been around a months since the last patch. After much procrastination, bugfixing, and hard work, the 1.4 Update is finally ready for the public. This changelog may be missing a couple of things, as 75% of the update was programmed before December, and I don't remember it all.
1.4 Changelog:
-Added Demon shops- these shops cost max health instead of money, and give access to a special pool of items
-Added Libraries- these give you a choice of 4 books, for free. (They also have some books which are inaccessible anywhere else in the game)
-Added Scrollrooms- these start spawning on level 3, and give you 4 random scrolls to chose from, improving your stats
-Added around 25 items, bringing the game to 125+ Items!!
-All spellbooks and spellbook- like items have been buffed to last much longer
-Added an updated help section
-Made shop prices get more expensive as you get later into the game
-Added animations for attacking
-Meat and Potions will not be picked up if you have full health
-The pause screen now shows player stats
-The death screen now has tips for the player
-Added a new track- "Trouble" by Carbonthief
-Various bugfixes
Alpha 1.4.1- Balance Changes!
I've gotten a lot of negative feedback regarding the game's difficulty, and while I don't want to make the game too easy, I understand that it's important to give new players room to get used to combat and gameplay before challenging them too much. I'd really appreciate it if everyone could let me know what they think of the changes- community feedback determines the fate of Adventure Dungeon!

Just a small patch to get you through the weekend! I've been getting a lot of helpful community feedback, and hopefully this will solve some of the problems I've heard about!! One thing that's important to note is why I was able to add a volume slider for sfx and not music- my music is in mp3 format, and I'm unable to change the volume on the fly unless I'm using lossless audio files, which would double the size of the game file.
