Title: What is 10Bar Roguelike and Random Chance running?

In the front page of the RogueTemple on 7DRL Evaluation Results, Darren Grey posted

"No one was able to get 10bar Roguelike or Random Chance running :(" What does he mean by the 10bar Roguelike? What is Random Chance mean? I am curious about it. Is there any game example of this so I can understand better.

I assume those are names of entries in the 7DRL challenge...

There were 2 games in the competition this year we couldn't get running. One was named 10-Bar and the other was named Random Chance.
