A mobile app that is a font editor.
Seriously. Think about it. You draw the characters with your finger, and pinch to adjust the thickness of the stroke. It's a natural fit for a touch interface!
Just imagine what roguelike developers would do with a font editor that's so simple and easy to use...

Could be fun, but I'd imagine you'd have to be very skillful with a touchscreen to create a decent looking font.

Is a touch screen useful for anything other than playing angry birds or candy crush? I can't imagine doing extensive work involving pixel-wise image manipulation on it.

Well, I meant for vector fonts, not bitmap fonts... :P

I think the point of using ASCII display for roguelikes is to avoid doing graphical design work...
