Perhaps the greatest of FreeBasic Roguelike goodness,  though incredibly damned difficult:

Deep Deadly Dungeons is an excellent rogue-like game where you explore random dungeons battling evil creatures and building up your character as you gain experience.

Updated OP, oddly enough, as it appears the mod author had some hosting issues....then apparently added the above extra attributes into the game---with the newly updated working download link coming at some near point.

The link to the isometric version is actually the ascii version. The correct one has input=180.
