Would anybody be able to identify this game?  Is it ADOM?

I've wondered since the first time I came across the video at bay12games.

  Lol I dunno. Could be. It's not any of the other majors like Crawl, Nethack, etc...I've not played ADOM so it's likely that. With overworld and underworld I'm thinking it's probably not a 7DRL. Doesn't look 'bandish' either...

It's "Death Before The Dawn" as it says in the video. It may be one of these hoax projects, not the first time. Or then it's just a less known roguelike project.

I remember this old video...

As far as I know, this is just a trailer.  Muhweli had this idea of creating a very cool looking trailer for an ADOM-like game, but he did not really create any game. As far as I know.
