My game Cardinal Quest is now finally available on www.cardinalquest.com (http://www.cardinalquest.com) for windows, mac & linux!
Cardinal Quest is an arcade-style dungeon-crawler inspired by 1980s classics such as Gauntlet, Red-Box D&D and Golden Axe: Choose your champion and begin your quest to slay the Evil Minotaur!
Three distinct characters await you, each providing their own unique experience:
The Fierce Fighter - who can stir himself into a berserk frenzy.
The Stealthy Thief - a mysterious assassin who dispatches his foes from the shadows.
The Mystical Wizard - able to bend the forces of the elements to his will.
Have fun,
Ido.

Awesome congrats on making release! I hope you find a comparable level of success to Dungeons of Dredmor in the long run! 8)

Anyone try this yet? Looks cool.

Played some today. Pretty simple from what I could tell but still fun. Streamlined inventory so the best equipment automatically gets equipped.

How roguelike-ish is it exactly besides random levels?
I'm waiting to try the demo when it comes out. I hope the demo lets you pick between all the characters to see how they play.
The idea of Gauntlet mixed with roguelikes sounds really cool.

After playing some more I find it to easy. Not much in the way of strategy. More walk up to enemy and hit them. You find spells that have cooldown for a certain amount of turns before you can use it, no hunger so you are free to walk through each level and find everything.

Demo now available either direct or via Kongregate from the main page.

Only tried it a couple of games, but its very easy and not as much depht that one is used to when playing other roguelikes. But this is more like a light-roguelike and the presentation (graphics, sound, interface) is awesome! Good work!
